At The Western Cape Equine Trust (WCET), our horses come from various backgrounds, with the majority arriving directly from the racing industry. They are generously donated by owners, trainers, and breeders who care about their future beyond the track. Once in our care, each horse undergoes thorough assessment, schooling, and rehabilitation with a focus on their temperament and abilities.
