Minister is an amazing horse and has a temperament to match. His is very clever and he is flying through his training. In fact he is soooo clever he is already riding on a halter and already cantering 🙂beautifully. He is gentle, kind and loves people. He is looking for a loving home where he can be loved and spoilt, and brought on slowly to reach his full potential.
